Developed and launched an adult post-secondary training and workforce program for low-income adults ages 25 and older. The program worked directly with each candidate to identify a career path aligned with their schedule and skills, supporting long-term success, and provided resources — including tuition assistance, transportation, and childcare support — to help candidates prioritize their education. Secured funding through corporate partnerships, city grants, and contracts to fully fund the program, growing it to three counties and serving over 300 adults.
