Partnered with Metropolitan Ministries to license their social enterprise corporate catering company, Inside The Box. Implemented the team and processes suited for Sulzbacher’s commercial kitchen at the Village for Women and Families in the Brentwood area of Jacksonville. Secured contracts to serve as the daily lunch vendor for local nonprofits, along with a range of corporations and nonprofits who use Inside The Box for meetings and catered events.
