Food Fight Jax was the inaugural culinary fundraiser created to support the Culinary Arts Program. The event features a cooking challenge pitting Downtown restaurants against Beaches restaurants, with each team made up of six select chefs who create two entrées across three fifteen-minute rounds. The challenge is judged by three ACF-certified chefs.

Over a dozen restaurants from each side set up tables with curated tasting bites for ticketed guests, who then vote to determine the People’s Choice Award. Through sponsorships, ticket sales, a live auction, and high-end raffle items, the event raised over $270,000 in it’s inaugural year.
